Baby Spinach Hummus made with the goodness of tender spinach leaves.
I love growing my food. I grow a wide range of veggies and medicinal plants in my urban balcony garden. One of my favorite greens is spinach. I have a greater affinity for spinach microgreens and the baby spinach.
So I decided to blend 2 of my favorites together-hummus and baby spinach leaves.
This green hummus is an absolute treat to the eyes and great for the tummy. It’s a rich source of protein and micronutrients.
Baby spinach hummus
- 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
- handful Baby spinach leaves
- 5-6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- Put all the ingredients together in a mixer/ food processor.
- Blend it well till it becomes creamy.
- Serve it with cucumbers, crackers, wraps, and rice cake.
