Fire Roasted tomato hummus is a recipe that is super close to my heart.
Hummus, as you know, is a dip that I thoroughly enjoy. The best part is it can easily go with any wrap, cracker, or even veggies. With the lockdown, though hummus was made frequently bringing a twist to it was equally important.
That led to a new variant using ingredients that were available.
Tomato Hummus is a simple dip that gives the perfect Indian touch to hummus. Apart from this also do try my Spinach hummus, beetroot hummus, and roasted carrot hummus.
Fire Roasted Tomato Hummus
- Mixer/ Food Processor
- 1 large Tomato Fire roasted
- 1 cup Chick peas Boiled
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 5-6 cloves Garlic
- 1-2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Add all the ingredients to the mixer/food processor.
- Blend it till it become thick creamy paste.
- Serve it with Crackers or wrap or meeze bowl
