Cucumber Pachdi: A South Indian Raita turned into a drink

Cucumber Pachdi

“Cucumber Pachdi” is a popular side dish made down south in India.

“Pachdi/Pachadi” is usually made with curds and some sort of vegetable/ fruits and spices.

I first tried this amazing Pachdi drink sometime last year at Mahesh Lunch Home.

The cucumber Pachdi that they served was cooling, refreshing, beautifully spiced, and perfect for summer. It was itched in my memories. So finally, I decided to recreate the drink in my kitchen using local cucumber, homemade curds, and spice.
