Pineapple Salsa is a simple colorful recipe loaded with fresh pineapple, tomatoes, onion, and capsicum.

I remember tasting it at a conference a few months ago and falling in love with the tantalizing taste of the salsa. I knew I had to try it out at home and so here it is. Striking a balance between the flavors, textures, and colors is the important aspect of this recipe.

Let your creativity loose and have some fun with the ingredients as you prepare the salsa.
