How to make a sweet and tangy Pineapple Salsa?

Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa is a simple colourful recipe loaded with fresh pineapple, tomatoes, onion, and capsicum.

I remember tasting it at a conference a few months ago and falling in love with the tantalizing taste of the salsa. I knew I had to try it out at home. Striking a balance between the flavours, textures, and colours is an important aspect of this recipe.

Let your creativity loose and have some fun with the ingredients as you prepare the salsa.
