Nakh Pear aka Chinese Sand pear, Apple pear, Gola pear is a pear look-a-like. Just that it is small, firm, crisp and sweet to taste. It is also low in calories while being rich in fiber, vitamin A, C, and K making it perfect for weightloss, gut health, skin, recovery etc.

Many people don't know, that apart from being a qualified Dietitian full-time.I began my food blogging journey in the early 2000 on my own. I would taste food, write about my experiences and yes, pay my bills 😅.It was much later that I tipped my toes in the official blogging world ( wherein i lasted about a year and then gave up 😅 thats a story for another day).

So going back around 2017-18, I had ordered my first crab sushi from @dimsumwuuu goregaon. They sent it all the way to Borivali, neatly packed with all that I needed and I absolutely fell in love with it. Over the years, I ate sushi at many places but Dimsum Wu sushi remained close to my heart. So when we recently went to their outlet in Borivali I couldn't help remembering it and hoping they still were as good as I remembered.

Oh, Dimsum wuu didn't disappoint. The sushi is still amazingly delicious and made with the freshest ingredients wherein you get to taste each ingredient in each bite. We tried the tempura prawn sushi, chicken teriyaki sushi and ofcourse, crab sushi.

Amazing work you guys.

Very often I am asked, " Which diet should I follow? Should I do keto or Intermittent fasting? Is Low carb better than IF? Etc etc.

My reply to it is always constant- It depends 😅

But the answer is rather simple- Your "diet" ( that term is a topic for another day 😅) should be such that it is balanced, wholesome, needs your requirements and is sustainable. It should be affordable, accessible and fun. Also, even though this definition remains constant through life as you pass through various phases of life your diet has to change accordingly.

In short, you got to do you. :)

Lately, whenever I have asked this question I have made people take a pause and think when they were last really really hungry.

Quite often, people revert "I don't remember 🤔. I eat because it's lunchtime/colleagues or family call out etc."

Yesterday, I had someone come for a follow up and he said, " Ma'am, I feel hungry at the given time. Should it happen that way?" He found it surprising that i was celebrating this achievement.

The point is, you need to feel the hunger and hunger cues differ person to person.
