Delightful Bite-size Balushahi: Easy irresistible Recipe

Balushahi

Balushahi is a classic Indian Sweet made with maida, sugar, and loads of love. It is one of the few sweets I like to indulge in once in a few months.

But to be honest, I’ve never been a huge fan of sweets and have always struggled with the large portion sizes of the traditional desserts. So the best solution for a food-loving dietitian was to downsize it.

That is what let to the making of Bite-sized Balushahi-same flakiness, same taste, but less calories.

Nutritionist Note

Balushahi is high in refined flour and fat, but that doesn’t mean it is a complete no-no. Ensuring the sweets are bite-sized helps one enjoy the dessert while avoiding going overboard. It’s all about smart indulgences.
