I am into combat sports and never ever thought of consulting a nutritionist until recently. My blood reports showed a lot of deficiencies and my body was not being supportive of my desire to be a fighter. I heard about Aditi from a friend and actually wanted her for my mother since she has chronic kidney disease. But when I visited her with my mother, I realized what a brilliant nutritionist/human she is and decided to take an appointment for myself immediately the next day. Eventually went again after a few months with more discipline and followed the diet.
Even though I followed it only 40%, I saw fat loss and muscle gain within 2 weeks. She is not like other nutritionists, she understands and makes plans customized to each person’s tastes, desires, and weaknesses. She is supportive in the most genuine way. Two major changes I have observed after following the diet, I have completely stopped feeling lethargic after meals and my energy levels while training is rising. I never imagined I’d say this, but I am ALWAYS excited to make salads for dinner. She doesn’t give short-term weight loss plans but is actually changing my lifestyle for the better and I couldn’t be more grateful.
