No fancy ingredients. No additives. No preservatives. Just simple ingredients.

Popsicles as it is are a fun way to keep children and adults busy during vacations. Plus, they also save you from unnecessary expenditure on frozen desserts, and fizzy drinks and care for your health.
The best part is that these mango popsicles are made bite-sized, so one can consume them mindfully.
Mango Yogurt Popsicles Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mango: 1 large
- Plain/ Vanilla Yogurt:1/2 cup
Procedure:
- Wash the mangoes thoroughly.
- Peel them and cube them up.
- Place the cubes in the mixer along with the yoghurt and blend it.
- Pour it into ice trays/ small cups/ popsicle mould and freeze it overnight. ( I’ve made them bite-size. Just to ensure portion control)
Note on the mango popsicle
- Add sugar only if needed.
- Add in fine cubes of mango or some other fruit that goes along with it for variation.
- Most important of all have fun making it and while having it.

Equipment
- Bowl
- Popsicle mold/ ice tray
Ingredients
- 1 large Mango
- 1/2 cup Plain/ Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions
- Wash the mangoes thoroughly.
- Peel them and cube them up.
- Place the cubes in the mixer along with the yogurt and blend it.
- Pour it in ice trays/ small cups/ popsicle mold and freeze it overnight. ( I've made them bite size. Just to ensure portion control)

Mango-cardamom popsicles
Ingredients:
- Ripe Mango-1 large
- Cardamom-1/2 tsp *optional
Procedure:
- Wash the mango well. Peel the skin.
- Cube it and place it in the mixer along with sugar*if required.
- Mash it by hand or Blend it to paste.
- Adjust the thickness using some water or milk or a combination of both.
- Add the cardamom and give it one last blend.
- Pour the puree into the popsicle moulds/aluminium kulfi moulds/paper cups.
- Place the popsicle lid/ stick in the centre and let it freeze overnight.
- Enjoy.
Note on these mango popsicle
- If your mango is sweet enough, you don’t need to add in extra sugar.
- You can add in a few fine cubes of mango to add some texture after you blend it.
- Add in some chia seeds or nuts for variations.
