Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • large Mango finely cubed
  • large Cucumber finely cubed
  • large Capsicum finely cubed
  • medium Onion finely cubed
  • 1-2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Mixed Herbs *optional

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl. Put in all ingredients like cucumber, capsicum, onion except mango.
  • Add in the lemon juice, salt, and herbs* as per taste.
  • Then add in the mango and give it a final toss.
  • Garnish with Coriander.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
