Baby Spinach Hummus made with the goodness of tender spinach leaves.

Jump to RecipePrint Recipe

I love growing my food. I grow a wide range of veggies and medicinal plants in my urban balcony garden. One of my favorite greens is spinach. I have a greater affinity for spinach microgreens and baby spinach.

So I decided to blend 2 of my favourites together-hummus and baby spinach leaves.

This green hummus is an absolute treat to the eyes and great for the tummy. It can be part of a colorful meal and can be used to add variety to kids’ meals too.

Nutritionally speaking, it is a good source of protein and micronutrients.
