Boiled Beetroot Raita Recipe-The New Pink Desi Salad

Beetroot raita is an easy, quick, and simple recipe made with 2 main ingredients – curd and beetroot.

As a kid whenever I visited my grandmother, she would make this amazing dish with me. It was amazing to see how the beautiful white curds would take the color of the beetroot and look so gorgeous. She taught me a very important lesson early on- Let children be a part of the kitchen activities from an early age.
