Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
  • 1 cup Capsicum cubed
  • 1 big Carrots cubed
  • 1 medium Cucumber cubed
  • 1 big Tomato cubed
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Toss the boiled chickpeas, capsicum, carrots, cucumber, and tomato in a bowl.
  • Add in the salt, chaat masala, coriander and mix it.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
  • Serve it slightly warm or chilled. Follow it up with pasta in pesto/arrabita or a traditional Indian meal.
