Instructions
Toss the boiled chickpeas, capsicum, carrots, cucumber, and tomato in a bowl.
Add in the salt, chaat masala, coriander and mix it.
Garnish it with coriander.
Serve it slightly warm or chilled. Follow it up with pasta in pesto/arrabita or a traditional Indian meal.
