Add in dahi and ghee and need into a dough using water.
Keep it covered with a damp cloth for 20-30mins.
For the syrup:
Take sugar, add in the water and boil it till it has a thick sticky consistency.
Finally, add in saffron strands.
To make the balushahi:
Knead the dough into small balls.
Lightly push the surface in with your thumb.
Heat oil/ghee. Then add in the dough balls and fry it in oil on a low to medium flame till it turns brown uniformly. ( It takes a long time, so be patient)
Once done put it in the hot sugar syrup and let it soak for 3-5 mins.
