Ingredients

  • 6-8 Stalks Spring Onion Flower Chopped in 1 inch pcs.
  • 2 medium Potato chopped
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 pcs Dried Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Add in red chilies and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • Then add in chopped potato and saute it till its almost done.
  • Add the chopped Spring onion flowers and turmeric.
  • Give it a toss and let it cook for a few minutes by placing a lid.
  • Lastly, add salt as per taste and serve with roti or rice.
