Avocado milkshake is simple, easy, healthy, and super quick to make with just 4 ingredients but before you try it out do read more about the amazing Avocado.

When my childhood friend Jesal Patel got me these gorgeous avocados all the way from Tanzania I was speechless. I’ve never really tried using avocados. She was there to rescue me even there. She shared one of her favorite recipes- an Avocado Milkshake.

The moment I tried it out, I knew I had to share it with all of you gorgeous people. It reminded me of the Holi Thandai. But do you know? Avocado milkshakes are simple, wholesome, great on the gut, and have many other health benefits. So here is how you make an Avocado milkshake.

Avocado Milkshake

Serves:1

Ingredients:

Avocado: 1/4 cup

Milk-200ml

Cardamom -1/4-1/2tsp

Sugar-as per taste

Procedure:

  • Slit the avocado into halves and remove the seed/stone from the center.
  • Scoop out the pulpy part and use it as much as required.
  • Blend it in the mixer.
  • Add in the milk, cardamom, sugar, and a lot of ice. Blenderize it into a smooth shake.
  • Serve chilled.

My note:

  • Increase or decrease milk to change consistency.
  • In case you need a vegan beverage, replace the milk with almond or coconut milk.
  • You can add nuts and seeds to the beverage.
