Take the powdered rolled oats, cocoa, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt together.
Mix them properly.
Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ones like milk, curd/yogurt, and vanilla essence.
Mix all the ingredients properly and let it stand for a few minutes.
Heat a pan, pour the oil or apply the butter and then pour the pancake batter.
Let one side cook then flip it over so the other side browns.
Place it on a plate, drizzle some chocolate sauce and sprinkle some nuts.
