Equipment

  • Non-stick pan
  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats finely powdered
  • 3/4-1 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt/Curd:
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Oil/Butter

Instructions

  • Take the powdered rolled oats, cocoa, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt together.
  • Mix them properly.
  • Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ones like milk, curd/yogurt, and vanilla essence.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly and let it stand for a few minutes.
  • Heat a pan, pour the oil or apply the butter and then pour the pancake batter.
  • Let one side cook then flip it over so the other side browns.
  • Place it on a plate, drizzle some chocolate sauce and sprinkle some nuts.

Notes

  • Instead of the chocolate sauce, I have used grated dark chocolate.
  • Instead of using just nuts, I've used almonds and unsweetened cranberry.
  • If you have kids at home, let them plate their pancakes. Make sure you give them healthy drizzles like various nuts, dried fruits, fresh berries or fruits. Food plating plays a very important role when it comes to kids.
