Tomato-cucumber- Spring Onion Salad is a simple easy, super quick salad using 3 main ingredients-tomato, cucumber, and spring onions. Tomato-cucumber- Spring Onion Salad

Serves-2-3

Preparation time-15 mins

Ingredients:

Ripe tomatoes-3-4 medium size, cubed

Cucumber- 2 medium sizes, cubed

Spring Onions- 4-5, finely chopped

Vinegar- ½-1 Tsp

Salt- as per taste

Pepper- ½ tsp

Basil- crushed, few

Procedure

  • Take the cubed tomato and cucumber in a bowl. Then add in the chopped spring onions.
  • In a bowl, take the vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper. Mix it properly and prepare the salad design.
  • Add the dressing to the salad mix and toss it.
  • Finally, add the crushed basil leaves.
  • Serve chilled.
  • If you like some crunch, you can even add roasted peanuts to the Tomato-cucumber- Spring Onion Salad .
