This quote by Deepak Chopra is one of my absolute favourites. I love colours on my plate. Salads are one of the best ways to include colours. After my previous post on Sprouts, here I am with one more such amazing colourful sprouts salad.
Sprouts Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
Sprouted Green Chana-1 cup, boiled
White onion-1 medium, finely chopped
Tomato-1 large, cubed
Coriander-finely chopped
Pomegranate- 1/4 cup
Salt- As per taste
Chaat masala- As per taste
Procedure:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Toss the ingredients nicely.
- Serve the salad at room temperature or chilled.

Equipment
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sprouted Green Chana boiled
- 1 medium White onion finely chopped
- 1 large Tomato cubed
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate
- Coriander finely chopped
- Salt As per taste
- Chaat masala As per taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl.
- Toss the ingredients nicely.
- Serve it at room temperature or chilled.
