Flaxseed chutney is a super quick and healthy chutney.
Flaxseed Chutney Ingredients:
Flaxseed- 1 cup
Sesame seeds- 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves- 10-12 ( fresh)
Red Chilies – 4-5
Tamarind- a small ball
Salt-as per taste
Oil- 1 Tsp
- Heat a pan and then shut off the flame. Place the flaxseeds on the pan and let them roast till crisp.
- Take a wok and add in oil. Once the oil heats up, add in finely chopped fresh garlic cloves till they brown slightly.
- Lastly, add in the flaxseed and sesame seeds in the mixer and give then a slight grind. Then add in the other ingredients and make it into a fine powder ( Ensure that you don’t grind it continuously. Do the grinding with small breaks in between)
